These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website orynzaglobal.com (the "Site"), operated by Orynza Global LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("Orynza Global," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Orynza Global LLC is the United States export partner for Mana Atelier, a family workshop based in Morocco. Every product described on this Site is handcrafted by Mana Atelier's artisans and exported to customers by Orynza Global.

2. Products and Enquiries

Because each item is handmade from natural thuya burl, no two pieces are identical, and product photography is representative rather than exact. The Site does not currently process payment at checkout. Instead, product pages include an "Enquire to Purchase" option that routes to our contact form. Submitting an enquiry is not an order and does not create a binding sale; a sale is finalized only once we confirm availability, price, and payment with you directly.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Prices displayed on the Site do not include duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply outside the United States; see our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, and design elements on the Site are the property of Orynza Global LLC or Mana Atelier and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, or to submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our contact form.

6. Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed by a third-party form service. Your use of the contact form is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how form submissions are handled.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
